Dr. Sophia Chapple is originally from Wisconsin Rapids, WI where she graduated high school. Dr. Chapple was first exposed to chiropractic in her senior
year of high school and fell in love. She learned that chiropractic is more than just pain relief but affects the full body from the inside-out. Dr. Chapple then attended the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point with an intent in pre-chiro where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in biology and a minor in French. Dr. Chapple then moved to Minnesota to marry her husband and attend Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN where she earned her chiropractic doctorate in April 2025. In addition to the multiple months of practice at the school clinic, Dr. Chapple gained a year of experience in community-based internships where she worked with a wide variety of populations with varied capabilities. These populations include birth to mid- 90's, neurodivergent, and athletes including a retired NFL player and a pre-Olympic powerlifting champion. Dr. Chapple has over 300 hours of extra training in perinatal and pediatric care and is awaiting diplomate status.
Dr. Chapple loves to use a hands-on approach including Diversified Technique and Drop Table Technique. Dr. Chapple is well-versed in other techniques as well including the Activator Basic Technique. Dr. Chapple is trained in multiple physiotherapies, and vitamin supplementation.
Dr. Chapple first vacationed in the Villages in 2022 and she and her husband fell in love with the area. They watched Middleton by the Villages grow and knew from the moment they stepped in town that it was home. Dr. Chapple and her husband now reside in Middleton with their bernedoodle, Rudy, and their newborn son, Oliver. Oliver got his first adjustment 2 hours after he was born-- the first moment Dr. Chapple got to hold her son! They love to take a sunset walk through their neighborhood, watch the Office, and volunteer at their church's youth group.
